I've started riding my stationary bike nearly every day. I've only missed two days. Wifey's birthday and CNY. I started on January 18th, 2025! 13 out of 15 days is great! I've been eating better too. Still working on making health meals while saving money. Got to plan my food portioning better. I want to lose weight, at least 10 lbs to start. I really want my A1C numbers to go down.
